Career[]
2015: 1PS[]
Following the departure of Jieun in 2015, Yiyeon was introduced as a member of 1PS under the stage name Dasol back in 2015, but the group disbanded sometime the same year. However, she never made her official debut with them.
2019: Debut with BVNDIT[]
On March 10, Yiyeon was announced as the first member of BVNDIT. The group debuted on April 10, with their first single album BVNDIT, BE AMBITIOUS!.
2023: GIRL'S RE:VERSE, "It's Been Forever"[]
On October 26, 2022, characters for the virtual survival show GIRL'S RE:VERSE were revealed with Ujewel (유주얼) speculated to belong to Yiyeon.
Ujewel would then be eliminated on the fifth episode where it was confirmed that Ujewel was Yiyeon's character. On January 21, 2023, Yiyeon penned a letter to fans regarding her participation in the survival show.
On May 19, 2023, it was revealed that Yiyeon would be releasing a collaboration with Roden titled "It's Been Forever" on May 20.
